Cactus Rental Policies & Procedures
- Proof of liability insurance is REQUIRED for all events. For any questions or concerns please contact us.
- The Cactus Hotel Kitchen is available for use. The fee to use the kitchen is a flat $100 or $200 based on the equipment (oven, grill, 4 gas burners, griddle, walk-in-cooler, ice machine, microwave, commercial dishwasher, warming oven) being used for the event.
- The Clean-Up Charge is mandatory if the event uses rice, glitter, bubbles, bird seed, confetti, or other such celebratory items. NO GUM ALLOWED
- Security is required for all events. Clients will pay for security.
- Only LED Candles are permitted.
- Clients provide their own alcohol through the direction of Cactus Alcohol Coordinator.
- The price for the Top of the Cactus includes tables and chairs to seat 118.
- Please bear in mind that the Cactus is a NON-SMOKING FACILITY
