The Crystal BallroomOur signature room is the perfect venue for formal events. We are setup for weddings, receptions, formal events and more. Seating for weddings and quinceaneras that would like to have room for a dance floor can seat up to 150 guests. If your event is corporate or meeting style, we can seat up to 220 guests. Theater style seating can host up to 300 guests.
The MezzanineThe second floor of The Cactus Hotel overlooks the lobby and allows guests to mingle and meander between rooms. The exquisite scrollwork and period decorations lend an old world charm to your event. Up to 160 guests can be seated on the Mezzanine to allow room in the Ballroom for dancing!
The Top of the CactusLooking for the best view in town? We have it. The Top of the Cactus is a beautifully restored party room on the top floor. With scenic views overlooking San Angelo from all directions, this is the perfect venue for after hours events. The Top of the Cactus room rate includes 31 tables and 100 chairs. Up to 150 guests can be accommodated in this unique space!
